Conditions of Booking & Occupancy
- 2 night minimum on all bookings - except on 48 hour standby basis
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit (minimum deposit is first week tariff, or tariff in full for shorter stays).
- All outstanding monies are to be paid on arrival, if staying longer than 2 weeks, all monies are paid each fortnight - in advance.
- For cheque deposits, booking is confirmed when cheque has cleared. All major credit cards accepted - Please note: Amex and Diners attract 3% surcharge
- It is a condition of entry that our staff can access the apartment weekly for cleaning and linen change.
- No pets, except under Guide Dog Regulations
- All apartments are strictly non-smoking
- Lost keys and remotes attract a $150.00 replacement fee - due to change of locks being necessary for security reasons
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled more than 14 days from booked dates - $30 admin fee
- Less than 14 days - 1st night tariff is charged
- Less than 7 days - no refund.
Please check your receipt carefully and notify if there is any discrepancy in the booking information.
